Dr. Mohamad Salmi bin Mohd Sohod has over 16 years of experience as an academician at the Universiti Utara Malaysia in the areas of Entrepreneurship and Best Practice Management, E-Learning and Quality Management. He held various managerial positions including Directorship of the Research & Consultancy Division, the Director of Entrepreneurial Development Institute in Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Director of Malaysian Multimedia Entrepreneurs Corporation (MMEC) and Director of Malaysia Techno-Entrepreneurs Corporation (MTEC). He has contributed tremendously to the thinking education community. Major publications contributed towards the international education sector included topics on Joint Ventures, Work Values, Organisational Studies, Management Issues and Human Resources Management. Dr. Mohamad Salmi's contribution towards the growth of education through ICT is also recognized worldwide, evidenced by his appointments as the Associate Dean of eTQM College in Dubai, UAE. His corporate achievements include the successful development of UNITAR from conceptualization to business commencement.

Aznin Nur Ameran has more than 11 years of experience in the financial and business consultancy fields. With her valuable experience, she has successfully secured financial resources for several SMIs in the retail and manufacturing industry from financial institutions and corporate investors. Aznin has more than 7 years of working experience with multinational companies such as Coopers & Lybrand Management Consultants, Khong Guan Holdings and WA Franchise Development Services. Her main areas of expertise are in the fields of Financial Studies & Management, Business Planning & Development, Privatisation and Franchise development. Aznin is a registered Franchise Consultant with the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development. Her main role in ISSB is to ensure that the business foundation and development is set out to become a world-class organization.

He is one of the founders on the Group. He is responsible for R&D in systems technlogy and infrastructure. He started his career as a lecturer at Polytechnic Sultan Abdul Hamid lecturing in areas such as metallurgy, plant engineering, autoCAD, CAD/CAM, robotics, electro pneumatic and programming. He later be appointed as the Assistant Director of the Technical and Vocational Education Division, Ministry of Education where he was committee member of several national bodies such as HRDF and the National Accreditation body of MLVK. Prior to joining In-Fusion, he joined force with Dr Salmi to set-up Unitar’s e-learning infrastructure.

He joined the Company in 2007 to oversee and manage the business operation of I-Sys Sdn Bhd. He has more than 12 years of experience in technology and system management; project management; and business and organisational management. He has been working at senior managerial posts in several companies such as Infokall Solutions Sdn Bhd, VADS Berhad and Celcom Berhad.

She joined the Company in July 2007 and responsible for the Group financial management and corporate finance. She has 14 years experience in the areas of external auditing, corporate advisory and consulting and financial management with the last 6 years in senior management position of local and multinational companies. She has an extensive experience in M&A, IPO, capital raising, enterprise risk management, internal control procedures and due diligence review.
