Secretarial Assistant
Responsibilities : 
To provide assistance in maintaining statutory books, registers, and secretarial records of the company and its groups
To assist in the lodgement of relevant secretarial documents as and when necessary with the companies Commissions of Malaysia and arrange for stamping of relevant legal documents
Manage a proper filing system in regards to filing of minutes and resolutions and all legal agreements and documents of the companies under the group 
To manage all secretarial and legal correspondence and to assist in arranging for the various Board meetings 
To assist and support the Head of Department in the daily operations of the department 
   
Requirements:
Knowledge of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia
Possesses pleasant personality and good etiquette
