| Responsibilities : |
 |
To provide assistance in maintaining statutory books, registers, and secretarial records of the company and its groups |
 |
To assist in the lodgement of relevant secretarial documents as and when necessary with the companies Commissions of Malaysia and arrange for stamping of relevant legal documents |
 |
Manage a proper filing system in regards to filing of minutes and resolutions and all legal agreements and documents of the companies under the group |
 |
To manage all secretarial and legal correspondence and to assist in arranging for the various Board meetings |
 |
To assist and support the Head of Department in the daily operations of the department |

| Requirements: |

Knowledge of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia |
 |
Possesses pleasant personality and good etiquette |
